A while ago, I decided to get back into drawing Sonic characters and, being the fighting game fanatic I am, thought it'd be fun to draw all of the most awesome Sonic characters how I'd imagine them looking in a fighting game. I started it all off with a fan character that I made myself but then didn't draw any after that, for whatever reason but now I've started drawing them again.
This is Sally, one who you might only recognize if you're an old school fan of the Sonic franchise. I wanted to keep her relatively close to her usual outfit but with more of a rebel/ freedom fighter twist on it. The bandanna was going to be a similar shade of blue to the rest of the outfit but I thought it'd be nice t have at least a little bit of feminine colour thrown in somewhere. I know the critics'll give me a bashing for the anatomy and various other things on this one but I suppose it's a risk you take by creating anything these days.
PLEASE NOTE: This little series of Sonic pictures I'm doing is NOT serious art for me and if you want to post a critique, it's more than welcome but please don't bash me for not adding light/ shade or spending hours perfecting the anatomy of the character because if I were to do that, it would take WAY too long to get through all the characters I want to.
